We reply within 24–48 hours with the return address and steps.
3. Get Your Refund
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued.
For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, and intimates can't be returned. Return shipping is paid by the customer — unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In that case, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, usually with no return needed.
